Double Room in Clapton Flat – Available end of February until Mid-July.

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely 3-bed flat in Lower Clapton / Homerton, as our current flatmate is moving out. We are only a 2-minute walk to Hackney Marshes and the canal paths toward Hackney Wick & Walthamstow Marshes, and about a 10 min walk to Chatsworth Road.

Please note that this would be a short-term lease from end of February until mid-July 2026.

Rent: £1058.33 + £150 roughly for bills

The Flat
• 3 bedrooms. You will be in the largest bedroom next to the bathroom, with plenty of space to be able to work from home if needed. Please note this room is unfurnished however purchasing the furniture for the room can be discussed.
• Recently renovated – we’re only the second group to live here post-refurb and the whole flat is lovely and light-filled, with a separate living space and modern kitchen. We don’t have an outdoor space however we have a small balcony with a sliding door and are super close to many parks/green spaces.
• Shared bathroom with walk in shower / bath, and another downstairs toilet

• 20 mins to Homerton Overground (Mildmay Line)
• 242 bus stop right outside – direct to Hackney Central, Dalston, Shoreditch

Who You’ll Be Living With
You’ll be sharing with Alice and Jordi, both in our 30s. We’ve lived together for over 2 years and have a great dynamic — respectful, friendly, and clean. It’s not a party flat, but we’re happy to host the occasional dinner or drink with friends. The flat is a calm and easy-going space we all enjoy coming home to. We would love someone who has their own thing going on but is happy to hang out at home and become friends as we really value having a comfortable, social dynamic at home.

Ideally we are looking for someone in their 30's, an office or hybrid worker who is clean, considerate, and kind and looking for a relaxed home rather than a party house.
