Hey everyone! We have a lovely room available for a female in our friendly home in Lower Clapton – a great area with a buzzing Sunday street market, amazing cafes, restaurants, and pubs to explore.

The house has four bedrooms, with two people sharing each bathroom, and a super warm and welcoming vibe .

You’d be living with three lovely girls (29–32) working in music and hospitality. It’s not a party house, but we love hanging out in the lounge and watching TV.

We’re looking for a clean, respectful, and easygoing housemate who will fit in with our relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

💰 Rent: £760pcm + bills (£100)
📍 Location: Lower Clapton – 242 bus around the corner, Homerton Station just a 15-min walk
📦 Move-in date: Ideally around 30th of January to 1st of Feb2026
📆 Long-term rent only

✅ Requirements for the Agency:

You’ll need to provide all relevant references for the agency, including:
• Proof of funds, payslips, or employment reference
• Previous reference from a landlord OR, if you currently live with parents, utility bills or similar
• If you’re self-employed, a tax assessment form is required for the reference check
