Massive double room for couple in lower clapton

Massive double bedroom available from 10th of Feb. Couples welcome.
You’d be living with 2 others: Paula from Spain and Simon French/Swiss. We all lead busy lives but do enjoy catching up over dinner or a drink. House vibe is very chill and open communication. We like to keep our home clean and be respectful of each other.

Bedroom is mezzanine and is massive. Very high ceilings, super bright and airy. I ve included some pictures from previous tenant so you get the idea.

Location wise house cant get any better - 7mn to Hackney central & Hackney downs. Bus stops are 3mn away that go to central, city and so on. Loveliest cafes, pubs and restaurants all seconds away.

We have a cute patio in front of the house and over summer you might experience neighbors barbecue.

Council tax, internet and water is included. So, bills for electricity and gas and a cleaner who comes twice a month is roughly 50 (or less during summer).

Bedroom comes unfurnished other than a mattress but landlord is happy to purchase a chest of drawers for future tenants.
