- Private en-suite bathroom.
- Separate bathroom for the house which incl. a bathtub.
- The room is technically unfurnished with built in wardrobes. However, the room can come with a bed frame, chest of drawers, bedside table and desk for a significantly reduced additional cost if needed!

- Molly is 30 and works in hospitality around the corner.
- Krissy, 28, works as an account manager in tech and works from home 3 days a week.

- The bedroom is £1260 per month.
- Move in date ASAP but we are very flexible if you need the room earlier or later!
- Bills around £110ish each. It’s energy efficient with controlled heat temperature and timings.
