2 month sublet of Large Room in Lower Clapton

I’m looking to sublet my room for 2 months in our homely Lower Clapton flat. This sublet will run until the end of our lease on April
30th. The room available is a large bright bedroom with plenty of built in storage space.

You'd be living with two other people: Gauthier and Sean who both work in tech. We get on really well in the house and enjoy a chat in the evening or a beer at the Elderfield.

The flat is the ground floor flat within a Victorian house in zone 2. We have a spacious open plan sitting room and kitchen, and we share one bathroom/toilet. However the upstairs room has an en-suite meaning there are two showers between 3. We also have a great garden that gets plenty of sun and there is also a small private courtyard to keep a bicycle in.

The flat is on a residential road but clapton has plenty of pubs, food shops, restaurants and coffee shops. We’re just down the road from the best local pub called The Elderfield and we're right next to Chatsworth Road that has a little market every Sunday with some brilliant food trucks.

Rent is £1060 per month, with bills at approx £110pm.

The move in date is ideally the 1st March but there is flexibility here. The room can be available from as early as the 22nd Feb.
