Several rooms available in our 4-bedroom

The rooms are all bright and get loads of morning/evening sunshine depending on the side of the house. All rooms have wood flooring and come fully furnished. The flat features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and social area, plus a shared bathroom.

The previous flatmates will be moving out between 10-25th March and as several rooms are going, this could be a great fit for friends looking for a place :)

The house so far has had a friendly, relaxed feel and with us all enjoying hanging out together when we can, as well as us valuing our own space, and keeping the flat clean and tidy. I’d be looking for someone sociable and easygoing who’s looking for a similar vibe.

We’re a 10-minute walk from both Hackney Central and Hackney Downs stations, and there’s a 56 bus stop right outside the flat that goes straight to Angel. There are loads of great shops, pubs, cafes, and independent delis within walking distance too.

Rent is £900 per month for the two bigger rooms and £760 for the smaller one. Bills come to just under £100. We’re in council tax band D.
