About the House:

Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, with big open-plan living room and kitchen. Balcony with a BBQ (great in summer) with heaps of sun!

Hackney Downs and Rectory road overground 3 minutes walk away.

Private landlord who is quick to address any issues and is relaxed about any changes we want to make to the property.

Everyone generally maintains their own social life and respects each other’s space but people are always down for a garden hang.

About the house;

Issac (27): An electrician from Australia (engaged to Abbey) with interests in guitar, food (best chef this hemisphere) and sports. Always keen for a brew and a hang.

Abbey (30): A primary school teacher from Australia, she is an aspiring writer and Harry Potter enthusiast. Loves dinner parties and evening chats.

Grace (25): From New Zealand and works in fashion, will always offer free fashion tips with a healthy dose of humour.

In the heart of Hackney, the flat is close to Dalston, Stoke Newington and Hackney Downs. The Clapton Hart pub is a favourite local spot.

The street is quiet at night for a good night’s sleep, but fun times are very accessible.
