Georgian Flat - Lower Clapton Road

Hi there!

We're two friendly, easy-going people looking for a third housemate to join us in our lovely flat in a stunning Georgian building on Lower Clapton Road.

The flat is in a great location 10–15 minutes on foot from Hackney Central, Hackney Downs and Clapton stations, with plenty of bus routes on the doorstep. Hackney Downs Park is a 10-minute walk away and Hackney Marshes is close by for when you need to see some greenery. There are loads of fantastic restaurants nearby: My Neighbour the Dumplings, Three Bowls, Hai Cafe; all 3 minutes walk away;

About us:

Harry- I work in professional services and I am in the office most of the week, then I'm out in the evening at the gym, climbing wall or doing yoga. I also spend a fair bit of time at my girlfriend's so I'll be in the flat from time to time but I'm not in a lot so there tends to be quite a lot of space in the flat. I also love your typical things: gigs, saunas, pubs etc

Sofia- Originally from the States (sorry!), I work in a cocktail bar in central, so most evenings im out and back a bit late. I’m very quiet when coming back. If you work 9-5, this shouldn’t be a problem! I spend a lot of time with friends, and when I'm home, I’m cooking, watching films, and enjoying nice walks along the canals.

We're looking for someone who is easy going, conscientious and friendly, happy to be part of a relaxed, sociable household without it being full-on.
