Cosy Double Room in a fantastic area

Very sad to be leaving this fantastic apartment with excellent roommates but happy to offer someone else the chance to take advantage of this great set-up. I'm moving in with friends in another part of London and will be transferring my name from the lease whenever you move in.

The room is cosy double with air-conditioning that really does wonders during the heat of London summer. It comes furnished with a comfortable double bed, with under mattress storage, as well as with a wardrobe, a full length mirror, and a small set of bedside drawers.

The wider house was formerly an Airbnb apartment and has a great finish with some excellent home comforts for the rental price including AC, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and excellent outdoor space. This has been used many times for a late night drink in the heat or an early morning coffee and bite.

Alongside the reasonable rental price and lovely housemates, the surrounding area is definitely a big draw to this room. It is within a 10 walk of both Clapton and Hackney Downs on the Weaver line, with Hackney Central on the Mildmay line around a 15 minute walk away. There are also plenty of bus routes at Clapton pond just 3 minutes walk from the house. Surrounded by lower clapton, homerton, and hackey central, there are excellent bars, restaurants, coffee places (Casey's is my favourite in London), and smaller independent stores and charity shops. There is also green areas of Hackney Downs and Millfields Park just a few minutes walk away.

The room is available from July 1st and rent is paid on the 14th of each month. Bills cover electricity, wifi, and council taxes which are roughly £100 more per month but vary slightly. If you have any questions about the property, housemates, or anything else, please feel free to message.
