Hey!
I'm going away for the month of August so I'm subletting my room in our bright and sunny flat.
It's a top level, two bed flat in Lower Clapton, 7 min walk from both Clapton and Rectory Road overground. 8/9 min walk to the 243, 149 and other buses. 5 min walk to the 106 bus as well.
You'll be sharing the flat with Ruby, both rooms are on different levels, one bathroom and shared living space. We also have a desk space in our landing so there is space to WFH if you need or at the table in the sun.
The living space gets the morning sun and the room gets the afternoon/evening sun.
The room is available from the 1st - 24th August but open to it being sublet for the full month if needed. We really love living here and calling it our home! Pease let us know a bit about yourself and if you’re available to view.
