House itself is three stories, with a garden, huge sofa and the most well stocked communal spice/sauce cupboard we’ve ever had.
Existing housemates are a Scot (28M) working in Communications, and an Aussie (28M) working as a chef. Their interests encompass cooking, art, politics and film.
They love a laugh and a yarn, and both have balanced social lives that has them out as much as they are in.
Transport:
- Lower Clapton overground station is 10-15 min stroll (Weaver Line)
- Lea Bridge national rail line 12 min walk (to Stratford)
- Surrounding bus stops service the 55/56/242/308
- Clapton Pond is 6 minutes up the road
Other bits:
- Corner shop and pub within a 60s walk
- Chatsworth Road high street is 10 minutes away
- Aldi is 5 stops away on the 55/56
- Flat is sat in the middle of three lush greens (Millfields), with Lee Valley Regional Park and Hackney Marshes within a 5 minute walk
Ideal candidates would be working, between 25-40

As this is a tenancy pick up, we’re focusing on people who can pass a reference check (employed, reliable income, right to work etc.), as you will sign onto the lease with the existing tenants.
