We're looking for someone (preferably woman in late 20s/early 30s) to come join our lovely 3-bed flat in Lower Clapton. Move-in date is 28th August.
The room:
A bright, airy double with an en-suite that comes unfurnished. It's south facing so gets beautiful light.
Rent is £1154.17 without bills.
The housemates:
We are two women in our late 20s/early 30s who are friends as well as housemates. We sometimes watch (trash) tv and go for the occasional drink, and would love our new flatmate to join in on this.
We pride ourselves on keeping the place homely and tidy. The flat is split across 3-levels so it never feels crowded. Everyone has their own things going on and is respectful of each other’s space but we both also like to entertain and have friends over for dinner from time to time. The vibe of the flat is definitely more chill and relaxed than party house.
