Loft Flat in Lower Clapton

We’re looking for a lovely housemate to move into our beautiful, bright flat in Lower Clapton.
The flat is large and bright with a contemporary designed open plan living, dining and kitchen and we have a dishwasher and washer/dryer. 
We’re looking to fill the second bedroom (15’x9’) which is spacious with a large private bathroom (with bathtub) and double-glazed windows. The room comes furnished however we can pack away any smaller items like the bedside tables and lamps if you don’t want them. It comes with under-bed storage, built in drawers and plenty more wardrobe space in the hallway.
We are just up the road from Hackney Central and Hackney Downs overground stations and around the corner from buses that will take you to underground stations or into central. There are great parks, cafes and pubs nearby and just a short walk to Hackney, Lower Clapton, Dalston and Hackney Marshes.

Bills will be split evenly between and will be roughly £160 per month. Council tax band C.
We’re on the top floor with no access to an elevator so unfortunately we aren’t wheelchair accessible.
