Looking for housemate!!

Our wonderful Alysha is moving back to Australia after 3 years in this house. Alas, we are looking for a new housemate to join our friendly and social share house in Homerton/ Lower Clapton, available on the 31st jan.

The house:
Amazing new build terrace house on a quiet street in Homerton. Great location, just off Homerton High Street with a Chatsworth Road a stones throw away. It’s a 8 min walk to Homerton Stn. Lots of big parks near by including Victora Park and Hackney Marshes. You can walk 20 mins down the canal to Hackney Wick.

The house is a spacious 4 bed 2 bathroom house spread across 3 levels with modern kitchen, huge living room and awesome back yard! We also have a fire pit and bbq, great for entertaining year round.

The room:
On the 3rd floor, the room is a decent sized double room which comes furnished. It has plenty of storage (Alysha managed to store an impressive amount of clothes). The room has 2 big windows with great afternoon light.
You’ll be sharing a large bathroom on the 3rd floor with 1 other.

About us:
You’d be living with 3 professional aussies

Jake (27): Loves a pint in the sun, coffee walks, hiking and running. Will try recruit you for his travels.

Owen (30), loves music (even produces his own stuff), gym junkie, will go to a rave sober, knows all the good running routes in the area, covered in tattoos

and Michael (29): Loves football, the pub (walking encyclopaedia of London pubs), and is a great cook, hosting many group meals.

It’s a social house, but we also like our own quiet time. We tend to do our own thing during the week then usually we have movie nights/ board games or head to the pub on Sundays. The house is great for entertaining so you’re welcome to take advantage of that.

The room is £1025, not including bills.
