Spacious Hackney Double Room

We’re looking for a housemate/s to join our cosy home. The room will be available (£1,500, ALL bills included) from mid September (move in date flexible).

The garden facing double room is on the top floor with wooden floors, a high ceiling and built in storage. The room is technically unfurnished but the current tenants are potentially leaving some furniture (kitchen, living room, etc. is furnished)

The house comes with a large garden, two bathrooms (one with toilet only), a kitchen, large dining room, a cosy living room, study (suitable for WFH) and cellar.

The house is owned by a family friend and therefore the lease is flexible and we have quite a good relationship with the landlord.

The house is well connected ~10mins from Hackney Central, Homerton Overground along with lots of bus routes. We’re round the corner from Chatsworth Road and close to lots of green spaces with Victoria Park, Millfields Park and the Marshes.

We’re a queer household, clean and respectful of the space we share. We enjoy good food, wine and spending time together at the weekend but we also have separate social circles. We’re looking for someone of a similar age and lifestyle.
