Large Room in house share

I shall be leaving my room in a shared house as my partner and I are moving in together.

The room has a large sash window that lets plenty of light in and looks out over the garden. It is well furnished with all the furniture including a desk and a very comfortable bed.

The flat provides lots of space including a well looked after kitchen and breakfast bar, a living space with a sofa bed (helpful if you have friends over). And boasts a lovely shared garden that is maintained by the landlord. There is bike storage and also a shed that you would have access to if you need extra storage.

The landlord lives in the flat above but is respectful of boundaries, friendly and hospitable, and always eager to help without delay if anything needs fixing/replacing.

The 2 lovely people you would be moving in with are Cam and Lotte.

Cam - Works in Advertising, is social and happy to chat in the kitchen or watch a film in the evening but is also happy doing his own thing, enjoys cooking and walking on the weekends!

Lotte - Works in coffee, meaning the flat is always stocked with lovely coffee freebies. She is lovely and will most likely will be found tucked into a good book if she is not out having a dance.

The flat is well located on chatsworth Road. You are 10 minutes walk from Hackney Central or walking the other way you have the Hackney marshes and millfields park providing plenty of green space which is wonderful in the summer.

The flat is available from 21st of October.
