Cosy Room in Queer, 5 Bed Flat - Available Asap!!

We are under offer on a beautiful flat in Homerton and are looking for the 5th person to join our flat. We are keen on making a long term home and want someone who wants the same. The ideal person would be kind, tidy, respectful, down to be friends with the people they are living with and we would prefer to live with someone queer.

The flat:
Everyone has a double room, the flat also has a beautiful living room and a seperate modern kitchen. You will be sharing with 4 other queer people in their mid 20s. We intend to keep a nice clean vibe but also want the flat to be sociable and feel like a home. Decorating is more than welcome 🤗

The area:
The flat is in Homerton, a very short walk from the station. You have quick access to many green spaces including Victoria park and there are loads of shops and pubs nearby. 🤩

The rooms:
The room is furnished with a double bed, mattress, closet/ clothing rack. All other furniture would need to be self provided. The room gets tons of natural light and because of the building layout is nice and quiet.

Your new flatmates:
Ala - Is 25, working in events and been in London for a year. I’m queer and neurodivergent, I love a good film, walk, occasional night out, thrifting day and exploring the city.

Luca - is 24, currently studying a part time masters at SOAS. for most of the year i'm found outside, in/around some form of green and/or blue space with my bike, book, and film cam. i'm also always on the lookout for a good pint! love myself a good videogame, recipe, film, and day of rotting in my bed as well though. i bring joy, chats & loads of plants + recipes from home!!

Mary - I’m 26, currently working in the renewable energy sector but studying to be a psychotherapist. I’ve been in London for a year or so living with frida (another housemate you’ll be joining!). Im queer and enjoy doing crafty things, alongside pole dance and the occasional pub trip! I also love a good woodland hike and trying new food places.

I’m Frida, I’m 26 years old and a Children’s social worker. I’ve lived in London a few years, but love finding new fun areas. I’m sociable and like going out but also enjoy relaxing / wholesome activities! Keen to live with others on a similar vibe x

Key info:
The rent would be £840 and we estimate bills would £80 each ( gas, electric, council tax, water and wifi ). We are looking at confirming the 5th person asap due to our asap move in date. A viewing won’t be possible but we can send videos across and all referencing and contacts come from the agency direct. Also no holding deposit is required only the actual deposit and first months rent which is due the day before moving and again is paid to the lettings agency directly after successful referencing and signing the contract. The referencing process uses open banking which is why you must be a working professional who has passed probation and earning at least £30,000 a year.
