5th flatmate needed in gorg lower clapton house!

hi all,

we've had our offer accepted on this gorg lower clapton flat (over three floors) and need a fifth person to complete the house. for landlord requirements it's better to have a professional

sharing w two guys and two girls (25-28) we'd love someone social, friendly and chill to make the house feel like a lovely home ! two of us are friends who live together currently so we'd love to keep that vibe going - so being up for pub trips, chill nights in, fun activities and the occasional night out is a big plus :)

it's a beautiful, spacious and bright house so is great value.

we haven't chosen rooms yet so the rent will be between £800 to £900 depending on which room excluding bills which are likely to come to £100 - £150 per month.

we need to get someone sorted asap so pls do get in touch as we'd like to arrange calls for friday, saturday, sunday this weekend & we can send on videos from the viewing also.

***just to be clear this is a house we're all moving into and don't currently live in so in-person viewings won't be possible until we have moved in / potentially a week or two before, but we have videos and photos from viewings :)
