Huge double room off Chatsworth Road with a garden

Me and my friend have found an amazing VIctorian house in Clapton just off Chatsworth road. It's spread over three floors, has a lovely garden (with a pear tree!) a huge basement (which we want to turn into a living space) massive double bedroom (which would be yours) and a huge bathroom. 2 of our mates just dropped out so we're looking for a replacement ASAP. My friend works in tv/film and I run an organic food company. The house is in a great area, lots of nice pubs, a market on Sunday on Chatsworth Rd and parks. We're both easy going, like partying but up for having a chilled house this year.
