About the room and flat:

Lovely double room in a cute Victorian garden flat in Lower Clapton. The room is a good size and has some lovely features. It comes with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and even a sofa.

It’s available from the 26th October- but there is some flexibility.

The flat is in an excellent location, close to both Chatsworth Road and many bus routes. Hackney Central, Homerton and Hackney Downs stations are also within walking distance.

The room is a very good price for the area at £500 plus bills (works out at roughly £580 all included depending on gas/electricity use).
You will also be required to pay a deposit.

There is no lounge, and the kitchen is fairly small, but it never seems crowded as people have different routines and are often out.

It’s a 4-person flat. You’ll be sharing with a lady from Hungary and two guys from Spain and France, aged 30s/40. It’s a friendly atmosphere, but everyone has their own independent lives too. It’s also a quiet and respectful flat - so no loud parties!

About you:

We’re looking for a professional female (sorry guys!) of about the same age and who is friendly but also responsible, considerate and mature. It’s very important that you are able to contribute to the cleaning and household chores without being asked, and do your bit to keep the flat clean and pleasant. Please do not apply if you are not prepared to do this, as it is essential.
