The room has wooden floor, it’s furnished and it has a double bed with Tempur mattress. It’s bright and warm as it faces south towards the garden.

The house is located in walking distance from the famous Chatsworth road with all the bars and restaurants.

The house is pet friendly so if you have a (nice) dog/cats is a plus

The rent includes all bills, high-speed internet and house cleaner for communal areas.

No smoking in the house and it's fine to smoke in the rear garden....
