Hi all, we are an international household with a room available May 2nd. Our flat is in a large converted Victorian terraced house just off Clapton Pond. The room available is a single with a balcony overlooking our lovely garden, and comes with a double bed and some other bits and bobs. There is space for a desk, shelf and clothes rail or small wardrobe and there is other storage space in the flat. Available 21 November.

The usual suspects: Carolina, freelance camera assistant working in film and at a local cinema; Laura, musician and psychologist, and Boris, lefty lawyer working in human rights/immigration (and occasional musician & baker). Two females and one male, ages 29-42. Nationalities: Italian, Canadian/Croatian. Laura is currently away travelling and her room is currently sublet for a couple of months to Teresa, Australian lawyer working in civil service. There is also a neighbour's cat who normally spends a lot of time in our flat and garden, a cuddly ginger tiger named Puddy (currently self-isolating so mostly in the garden).

The math:
*Rent: £450
*Bills: £75 per month (including all utilities including broadband and Council Tax, and a kitty for toilet roll/cleaning products)
*Deposit: £663.5
*Room size: approx 9 sq metre area including balcony (see diagram)

We are all fairly busy during the week and do our own things, but generally up for a chat and occasionally like to host the odd dinner party with friends on the weekend (in pre- and post-Covid times). Not a party house but not anti-fun either. :) We are ideally looking for someone mature and responsible who is looking for a long-term home and happy to participate in cleaning rota etc.
