A Double bedroom available in a bright, recently refurbished flat near Hackney Central. It’s a 3 bedroom flat with a big shared living room and modern kitchen that includes oven, washing machine, microwave, iron, vacuum cleaner, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There’s also a shower room with walk in shower and a separate loo.

All bills are included in the rent including fast fibre broadband and Netflix & Amazon Prime & Disney Plus in the living room. The common areas are cleaned by our cleaner regularly.

The neighbourhood is fantastic - there are tons of great shops, cafes, and restaurants, and Broadway Market is nearby. The flat is just off Hackney Downs park so if you like running, tennis or exercising it's really easy for that. Hackney Central, Hackney Downs and Clapton stations are all under 10 minutes walk away. There are lots of buses nearby that connect you to the Shoreditch, the City or Islington.

You’d be sharing with me, a 37 year old Graphic Designer and Sienna, a 28 year old Gym Manager. I’d be looking for a friendly and easygoing professional housemate that doesn't mind an occasional gin and tonic after a long day at work.
