A bright and comfortable double room is available in a friendly, relaxed shared house in Edmonton.

Located on the first floor at the back of the house, the room offers a little extra privacy. It is currently unfurnished, but furniture can be provided if needed. There is space for a double bed and a desk, making it ideal for someone who works from home.

The House

The house has a large shared kitchen with a dining area and access to a garden — perfect for cooking, relaxing and enjoying some outdoor space.

You’ll be sharing with two friendly professionals aged 26–35. We enjoy a calm, clean and homely environment where everyone feels comfortable and respects one another’s space.

Location

The house is approximately 10 minutes from Edmonton Green Station, with convenient transport links into Central London. Edmonton Green, Bush Hill Park, Southbury and Enfield Town are all within easy reach.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a friendly, considerate professional who values a clean and peaceful home and is happy to help keep shared spaces tidy.

We want the house to feel relaxed and welcoming for everyone, so it would suit someone who enjoys a quieter household rather than frequent parties or excessive noise. Smoking isn’t permitted in the house.

Single occupancy only no couples or families, please.
