Double room in lovely Lower Sydenham

I have a double bedroom in my modern flat share in Lower Sydenham. The flat is well-located and has street parking and a garden.

The room is fully furnished with everything you need - double bed, clothes rail, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers etc. All good quality furniture. The rest of the flat is modern, clean and well presented.

Bills are an additional £100 and for that you get everything, including high-speed fibre optic broadband.

The flat is ten minutes walk from two train stations, with great connections to London Bridge, Charing Cross, Waterloo and East London. Using the Overground too, which is much nicer than the Tube. You can be in Charing Cross or London Bridge in 20 mins.

You'll be sharing with two other young professionals. I try to keep the flatmates roughly the same age. It's a nice flat where people are friendly but respect each other's personal space.

Another bonus is that you'll be dealing directly with me so there are no agent fees or hidden costs.
