We're looking to rent our guest bedroom for a few months whilst my wife house-sits for some friends.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, large chest of drawers, clothes rail, shelving, des and wall-mounted flat screen TV.

There is a very large communal main bathroom, with bath, shower and heated towel rail. As I have an en-suite, the bathroom will largely be yours to enjoy unless we have guests.

The lounge is also large, with a modern sofa, record player and 4k TV.

The modern open-plan fitted kitchen has a large fridge-freezer, hob, cooker, microwave and dishwasher. There's plenty of storage space in the overhead cupboards and drawers.

The rent includes all bills (including a weekly cleaner) and crazy fast 1GBps fibre wi-fi.

The flat is a new-build situated within a sleek development right next to Lower Sydenham station, There are fantastic links with London Bridge (15 minutes), Waterloo East (20 mins) and Charing Cross (25 mins).

Though the area isn't built up, there's a large retail park a 2 minute drive/15 minute walk away which includes a huge Sainsbury's megastore.

I work from home most of the time, and usually work out of the living room.

We're both huge boardgame nerds, and have a very large collection. We often have friends over (a couple of times a month) for boardgame evenings, which of course any flatmate would be welcome to.

Would preferably like a social flatmate who doesn't mind a beer or a glass of wine now and again, but am very respectful of providing space - easy in such a large flat!
