Hi, looking for a friendly, professional individual to share my ground floor home. The room is a large furnished double, with sole use of own bathroom. Living room and kitchen are all open plan and I like to keep a neat and tidy home.
30 second walk to Lower Sydenham station, excellent for access to London Bridge & commuting to central London.
All necessary amenities are within walking distance. I work a 9-4 job so looking for someone friendly & considerate. Someone who likes a glass of wine and an occasional chat, not looking to be walking on eggshells with potential flat mate!
