I have a room available at lower Sydenham. The place is located 5 minutes walk Lower Sydenham train station and close Sydenham train station. Easy access to London Bridge and Central London.

This is two bedrooms flat and the advert is for double room only. There is shared bathrooms and Kitchen. There is small Wardrobes with new bed.

The kitchen is furnished with Microwave, washing machine, Fridge freezer. This is just a room only advert only.

All bills are included which includes council tax , gas bill and water but electricity bill is not included
