3/4 bedroom house with 3 occupants

Hey, Im Eloise. I am 29 and work full time at a brewery and part time for myself. I currently have lived in this beautiful house for 2 years but my flatmates are moving out so I need to find another 2.

2 smaller rooms and landing - 700 for both and big storage cupboard

Bigger room that can double as bedroom and your own living room in 1 - 750

There’s 4 bedrooms (2 bigger ones and 2 smaller ones) it’s £750 per room, plus bills and someone who perhaps works from home would benefit from having the 2 smaller rooms as currently 1 is used as a bedroom with a bed and wardrobe and the other as a lounge/office room all for themselves on the top floor with a small landing.

The other is a bigger double room that is doubled currently as a bedroom with sofa chairs and tv and then I have the bigger room which is also doubled as a bedroom and living room in 1.

It has a beautiful hallway with tiled floor downstairs that leads onto the stairs and then on the second floor we have a wonderful kitchen and bathroom with the most amazing big bath tub.

The 3rd level is the 2 double rooms and the top is the 2 smaller doubles with its own landing and big storage cupboard

We also have a garden at the back but the access is via the front through an alley way with a shed and has now been patio’d.

Free parking on the road and the lovliest of neighbours it’s not one to miss out on!! Bills are separately but come to around 110 in summer time and around 180 in winter
