Double Bedroom with Balcony

We’re looking for a chilled, easygoing professional to join our home. The room up for grabs is a spacious, double with its own private balcony, plus a bathroom shared with just one other person.

We’ve also got a super friendly dog, so you’ll need to be cool with pets she’s part of the household and always around for a bit of love and attention.

Location is spot on we’re a 2-minute walk from Lower Sydenham station, making London Bridge and central super easy to get to. Shops and all the essentials are right nearby too.

The house has a really nice, calm vibe. We’ve all got our own routines and social lives, so it’s friendly and relaxed but not in-your-face. Not a party house more a peaceful, comfortable space to come back to. We’re big on good energy, mutual respect, and keeping things drama-free.
