Bills include gas, electricity, water, internet, council tax, CCTV, Amazon prime (no TV licence as of now). The house also has a fairly big garden with a patio, shed, and barbecue. A free off-street parking is available and some space in the garage for a bike.

Perfect for commuting to the City, Westminster, and Canary Wharf - Lower Sydenham train station (zone 4) is 2-minute walk with easy access to the London Bridge station (20 min), Charing Cross (25 min), and Canary Wharf (25 min).

Bell Green Retail Park is nearby where there are shops like Sainsbury’s, Aldi, Next, and B&Q, Lidl. A nice gym is next to the train station. Beckenham sport club (tennis, cricket, football) is 15 min walk. Southend Park is 1-min walk and Beckenham Park is 10-min walk.
