Subletting the master room in my flat in Lower Sydenham. A colleague of mine is living in the second bedroom and she is a lovely young west end performer so works evenings in central London.

The flat is a large 2 bed/2bathroom (1200sq/ft) with double utility room and storage cupboard in the hallway, with open plan kitchen and living/dining room going out onto a long balcony. Comes fully furnished as seen. Includes underground car park space and direct trains to London Bridge (15mins) & Charing Cross (25mins) from lower Sydenham are less than 100yards from front door.

Room comes furnished with chest of drawers and bed side tables. Fitted triple double wardrobes. Super king bed with ottoman and side drawers. En-suite has under sink storage and large cabinet.

Bills not included but currently around 150/month per person.

Looking for a respectful and easy going person but would happily consider a couple too, as the flat is more than big enough for 3. Perfect for commuting into London or working from home as the wifi speeds are second to none.
