Spare Room Takeover – Westbourne Park (March Move)

We’re looking for someone to take over part of our tenancy in a spacious 3-bedroom basement flat in Westbourne Park, just off Harrow Road.

The takeover would be from early March, with the current contract running until June 3rd.

The space

Option of two large bedrooms, or

One large bedroom + a separate room ideal as a home office

One room will be unfurnished

The second room can be part furnished or unfurnished (open to discussion)

Fully equipped kitchen

1 Bathroom & 1 Toilet

Large basement flat with generous space throughout

The household
You’ll be living with one other person. We’re looking for someone who enjoys a friendly, family-style household — relaxed, respectful, and social. Ideally suited to easy-going young professionals.

Location

Westbourne Park area, just off Harrow Road

Great transport links; two tube stops (bakerloo, hammersmith & circle. Also overground & bus stops as well as local amenities nearby
