Bright and comfortable double room available from May 8th in my modern two-bedroom flat in Maida Hill, close to Maida Vale tube and all amenities. I'm a friendly and sociable 26 year old freelance creative looking for a lodger. Interests include film, music, fashion, gaming and keeping fit.

The flat is Band D council tax, on the first floor of a period property on a quiet residential street. All bills included.

The room is furnished with wardrobe, TV, desk and chair, desk lamp and double bed with storage. Shared kitchen/living room space with washing machine and dishwasher, and bathroom with bath and shower.
