1,100 square foot flat on the top 2 floors of an 1860s terraced house in Maida Hill. Set on a wide street, the flat receives lots of natural light and there is little road traffic. The first floor is a large, well equipped, open plan kitchen / dining / living area with a 55" TV and Sonos system. The second floor is 3 bedrooms and one bathroom.
I have a new job training to be a science teacher and I am working very hard. I get up early, leave early, and go to bed early, so I am looking for a flatmate who is also work focused and does not mind my unusual hours. I am easy going, 59 years old, and keep my flat clean and tidy- so want someone who likes to live the same way.
