Lovely Flatshare in Maida Vale

Hi the room is available from 1st October for 6 or 7 months.
We each have our own bedrooms and share a nice big kitchen which has a table and chairs and also share the bathroom. The bedroom is a reasonable size with a single bed, a desk, coffee table and chest of drawers. The rent includes council tax, water, and internet. Gas and electric are extra but very reasonable averaging about £9 a week each. We are right next to Paddington recreation centre and park also there are great transport links both bus and tube.
