The rent includes council tax, water, and internet, gas and electric are extra but very reasonable averaging about £9 a week each. We are right next to Paddington recreation center and park also there are great transport links both bus and tube. Maida Vale is a great location close to the shops and amenities of Harrow Road with buses to the West End, it is also close to Warwick Avenue Station (Bakerloo line) and Westbourne Grove.
(Hammersmith and City line). You will find the local attractions of Little Venice and Portobello road within short walking distance.
