Sadly my current flat-mate is moving out after 3 years living in this flat and we're looking for someone to replace her lovely room , available from 5th of october.

It's a well-presented basement Victorian flat with a private entrance, and a lovely garden, this home is bright and full of character, featuring high ceilings and plenty natural light.

The kitchen is well-equipped, the flat has all the amenities you'd expect to make it a comfortable home.

The room itself is spacious and airy and contains ample storage space, also enough space for a desk and stuff to work from home.

Location
The flat is located just round the corner from Maida Vale Station and Paddington Recreation Ground, also Little Venice is 10 min walk away known for its great coffee shops and lunch spots.

You'll be sharing the flat with me a friendly expat, early 30s working in the civil engineering industry.

The Rent is 1200 per month plus bills which they are around 150£ a month.
