Beautiful Maida Vale Sublet Dec/Jan (flexible)

Hi!

I am looking to sublet my double room in a peaceful Maida Vale, 2 bedroom flat from mid dec-jan but dates can be flexible across the two months. I am will be travelling over the break.

The flat is in the center of Maida Vale, just a minute from Paddington Rec, which is so lovely in the Spring. You can walk to St Johns, Queens Park, Notting Hill and Paddington easily.

The first floor flat has access to a nice garden, one bathroom shared between two, and a large living room and separate large kitchen. The bedroom is a small double with a large window which faces onto the garden so is very peaceful and sunny in the mornings and during the day.

The flat is very clean and there is a cleaner who comes twice per month.

My flatmate is a respectful and chilled professional. All bills are included in the price!
