Whole one bed beautiful flat in Maida Vale

Hiya!
I’m renting out my beautiful one-bed flat in Maida Vale while I’m away for work until the end of April.

The flat is on the 3rd floor of a period building (no lift) and is ideal for one person. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, bathroom, and a good-sized bedroom with a double bed. The flat is very nicely furnished, cosy, safe, and you’ll have absolutely everything you need.

This is my own home and I take great care of it, so I’m looking for a clean, respectful person who will look after it as if it were their own. The building is small with lovely long-standing neighbours, so being quiet and considerate is really important.

I’m looking strictly for a non-smoker.
You’ll have the entire flat to yourself, at a great price for the area, in return for taking good care of the space.
