I am Subleting one of the rooms.
We are 2 civil engineers, I travel a lot and i am looking to rent 1 out of 3 bedrooms flat in my flat. The living room is shared so we have nice communal space. I like that all the flatmates have a place to eat meet and rest with nice 2 balconies or to have 🍷 in the fresh air 😊 🌈
People who would like to stay less then 3 months the price is slightly higher the price is £1200.
I've been sharing flats for the last 8 years and I had a great experience all of my flatmates are stiil in touch we are close friends 🧡 some of them are lgbt
I can provide beddings if needed
Close to Maida vale station and over ground 7min walk
If you'd like to join us you mast be nice genuine flatmate. cleen, who clean his own mess it is not a hotel tidy & consideret. Specialy in the communal areas.
