reat modern and clean apartment, just a few minutes walk from Maida Vale station, three streets away from Abby Road (Beatles fans, you're welcome). The area is amazing and super chill, with amenities near by.

The room is quite large, with your own bathroom (with shower and bathtub).

The apartment has a big open kitchen and a really nice living room, lots of natural light with a huge terrace. I plan on buying some furniture as my flatmate is taking some of what you see with him. I'm trying to grow plants in the terrace but somehow the extreme and localised weather conditions seem to disagree with them...or I'm just a horrible gardener. Still a lovely terrace for relaxing and dinner with friends.

The price is 1430 per month and the bills usually come to about 150 - 250 per person.

The agency requires a minimum salary of £57,000.

A bit about me, I'm a software developer (yes, we know, we know, we are a plague, but it could be worse, I could work in finance).

I work in Paddington, super convenient as it is at 20 min walk distance (6 min by cycle) and I am from Spain (Ole?). Happy to help if you already know a bit or you wanna learn from scratch. (No, knowing how to say "Donde esta la biblioteca?" doesn't qualify as fluent, sorry).

I am a night owl, but considerate and not loud - but I’d prefer you to know this from the very beginning. My friends say I'm easy going and nice, so hopefully you'll find that too.
