✨A spacious double room is available in a lovely two-bedroom flat in Queen’s Park from 1st November, as my current flatmate is moving in with her partner.✨

📍We are a 10-minute walk from Queen’s Park station, with both the Bakerloo line and Overground. There are loads of great cafés, restaurants, pubs and shops nearby, and Maida Vale is around a 15-minute walk away.

🏠The flat itself is spacious, homely and has a great roof terrace, which is such a bonus in the warmer months. Rent is £1000, Bills are approximately £120 per person per month.

A little about me - I’m Maria, 29, and work in consulting. I’m pretty active and spend a lot of my free time at the gym doing a mix of boxing, Pilates and weights. I love cooking and meal prepping during the week, travelling, trying new restaurants with friends and generally getting out and about at the weekends. I’m also always up for a good glass of wine or a margarita! 🍷

I’m looking for another female professional, ideally around 26-35 who is clean, considerate and chilled, and works either out of the home or hybrid.

It would be lovely to find someone friendly and sociable who’s happy to have a chat and occasionally share a glass of wine, but who also has their own life and enjoys their own space. More than anything, I’d like us both to feel comfortable at home and have a happy, relaxed shared space.
