You’ll be sharing with two young professionals: me, working in finance, and another flatmate working in video production and landscaping.

We’re looking for a friendly, responsible and tidy person who wants a comfortable home rather than a party flat. We both value a clean, peaceful environment and mutual respect.

* Weekly cleaner: £45 per week in total, split between the three flatmates. The weekly cleaner is non-negotiable.
* Household essentials: cleaning products, toilet paper and other shared supplies, purchased occasionally and split between the flatmates.
