There are three other girls all professionals, mid to late 20s, the flat is a very chilled and calm environment.

Shared garden access out the back with bike racks, garden is well kept and lovely in the summer for having friends over. Shared kitchen and bathroom, no living room but we do socialise around the kitchen table.

Opposite Paddington Recreation Ground which is amazing and has great sports facilities, running track, tennis courts, hockey and football pitches, cricket lawn.

5 minute walk to Maida Vale tube and multiple bus stops within 5-10minute walk.

All within walking distance to Little Venice, St John’s Wood and Regents Park.

Council tax and water included in rent.
Bills average £50 can be slightly more in winter.
