We’re currently 4 working professionals looking for someone friendly, tidy, considerate and easy going to join our home.
This is a well established shared house, rather than a typical student style setup. We’re looking for someone who enjoys living with others, respects shared spaces and appreciates having a clean, comfortable and well maintained home. Ideally, you’ll be working full-time and already have a good feel for living in London.
THE HOUSE
The room is a bright, spacious furnished double bedroom with a bed, wardrobe and French doors, giving the room plenty of natural light and a lovely feel. There is also space for a desk, making it ideal if you occasionally work from home.
The room is in a particularly spacious and well looked after house with plenty of great shared space, including:
A large, bright open plan living, kitchen and dining area
A great garden, perfect for BBQs and relaxing in the summer
Well maintained communal areas
A friendly household where everyone has their own space but is happy to have the occasional chat, drink or meal together
The location – Stanhope Garden, N4
The house is situated on a quiet residential road, while being incredibly well connected.
- Finsbury Park is just seconds away
- Manor House Underground Station (Zone 2) is only a few minutes away
- Harringay Green Lanes Station is within walking distance
- Large Sainsbury’s and plenty of cafés, restaurants, pubs and local shops nearby
- Excellent day and night bus connections just moments from the house
It’s a great location if you want the convenience and energy of London without living right in the middle of the noise.
