A large, bright double room available from 5 December 2026 in our friendly 3-bedroom house, just a short walk from Manor House, Green Lanes and Finsbury Park.

The room is a good size (around 17 sqm), comes furnished and gets lovely afternoon sun. It faces a very quiet street and has plenty of room for your things.

The house has a relaxed, easy-going atmosphere and a private garden, great for BBQs, plants or just chilling outside when the weather allows. There's also a compact shared living room with a sofa bed and desk. I sometimes work there 2-3 days a week, but it's a shared space where everyone can relax, have a meal or have someone stay overnight occasionally.

A bit about us:

You'll be sharing with me, an Italian professional in my 40s, and another friendly housemate from South Africa, in his 30s. We're into music, cooking and travelling. We sometimes hang out together, but we're equally happy doing our own thing and respect each other's space and privacy. We're an LGBT+ friendly household and want everyone to feel comfortable being themselves.

We're looking for someone friendly, considerate and reasonably tidy who'd enjoy a chilled, sociable home.

Smoking is fine in our private garden, but not inside the house.
