Hello everyone! We have a double room available for a sublet in our five bedroom warehouse flat.

Very queer, very communal, artsy and a bit silly. We’re looking for someone who wants to make a house a home and cares about the space and the people in it.

Please note - the room has been decorated since this photo. The room is furnished and will have space for clothes and some other bits, all this can be discussed on viewing.

All bills included (cleaner for communal spaces, internet, gas, electric & council tax).

We are also ruled over by King Midas 🐱 so being a cat person is a must.

Access: The flat is up one flight of stairs (not step-free). One bathroom shared by four with a shower, and a corridor leading to the bedroom/bathroom/kitchen area. There is also a small step to access the rooftop.
