£1,150 per month
Bills aprox 150 pounds per month per person. A little bit less in the summer.

The flat is in a great spot with excellent transport links:
* 7 minutes to Manor house tube station (Piccadilly lines)
* 3 minutes to Green lane overground station
* 2 minutes to Supermarkets and other shops
* Great night bus links 5 minutes away.

A bit about me
You’ll only be sharing with me. I’ve been living in this flat for almost 11 years. Very friendly neighbours and lots of cats coming around.
I’d love to find someone with a similar vibe who’s looking for more than just a room—someone who’d enjoy a friendly home while also doing their own thing and helping keep it clean, cosy and welcoming.

Ideally I’m looking for a working professional older than 25 yo who’s friendly, tidy and up for making this flat a home. You’ll be joining the existing joint tenancy, so the usual referencing and financial checks will apply.
