Spare room with separate bathroom for June, July

Heyhey,
I moved to London a few months ago from Munich, Germany and got a spare room in my flat until a friend moves into my place 1. August.
I've lived in shared flats with friends since my Uni studies and always enjoyed having people I like around. Currently, I am quite busy with my new job (Software Dev at an American company), so I probably won't have much time to hang out during the week, but on the weekends I enjoy doing sports outside (even got my own Barbell for training en plain air), and bouldering at the Castle climbing gym 5min from my place.
Since it's just for a few weeks and it's more imporant to me to find someone I enjoy sharing my place with and I don't have any worries about, it's just 150 pcw (the whole place is > 2k per month).
The place is rather newly built (15 years or so, not entirely sure) and has 2 bathrooms, so you'd have your own one opposite your room (although not technically en-suite).
There is a living room with an open kitchen we'd share. Around once a week I work from home from the living room, so it would be nice if you'd be considerate about this. The flat is in the 10th floor and we have a balcony towards south, so there is plenty of sun and a great view of the London skyline.
Would appreciate a few sentences about you so I can judge if you are easy going and if we'd get along.
