Friendly vegan houseshare close to station

Nice group of vegetarian/vegans here looking for a friendly happy house mate !

There is one vegan and 2 vegetarians right now but the house itself is purely plant based: the vegetarians have agreed to not have any animal food at home. This is about FOOD mainly and personal care and cleaning products aren't all necessarily vegan at home.

We are an international houseshare from the Nederlands, India, Irland and Switzerland. Currently 1 female and one male in their 20's and one female early 30's. I am rarely home as I live mostly abroad. I'm the Swiss one and I'm in my 40's. Again, rarely home although I should spend a couple of month there this Autumn. The rest of the time I teach tai chi and plant-based nutrition in Lithuania.

The area is well connected with Epping forest only 5 minutes from the house. There are 2 tube stations nearby, both 4 minutes' walk from the house: Manor Park (Elisabeth Line) and Woodgrange Park (Overground). Both are in zone 3.

The room: It s a small single room for one person with a single bed with a comfortable clean mattress a wardrobe, 2 chests of drawer and a desk.

Everyone must clean or arrange a cleaning once per month on a given day. This means the house is cleaned about every week. **You MUST also clean and tidy after yourself when using the communal areas on a DAILY basis.**

The good points: friendly relaxed respectful vibe, 2 living rooms, one suitable for yoga practice. Spacious bright kitchen, well equipped with dishwasher and dryer. Large back garden. See photos.

The bad points: it's an old house with some defects: tiles are moving or missing in the kitchen, only 3 gas hobs are working, the floor is not perfectly flat everywhere, the main bathroom has been under reconstruction for a while which leaves only one bathroom and one toilet to share at 4 (or at 5 when I'm there). I am coming in October to fix the second bathroom and the flooring. The area is far from posh, but multicultural and diverse and under gentrification because of the new Elisabeth Line and Epping forest 4 minutes from the house.

NOTES:

1, all the photos and the video are accurate and were taken recently.

2, If you look closely you will see some parts which needs refreshing. If you are looking for a place with a "new built" feeling, this is not for you.

3, Council tax and broadband included. Utilities around 35 pounds a month extra.
